A named publisher. Published standards.

Family Office OS — education, templates, and systems for family lending, entity structure, and generational transfer.

Who publishes Family Office OS

Family Office OS is published by Conroy Davis, its operating publisher. There is no anonymous team behind the curtain: one named operator is responsible for what this site sells, what the templates say, and how buyers are treated after they pay.

The kits were built by operators who needed this structure for their own families first — and couldn't find it in one place, in plain English, at a price that made sense. Every playbook, template, and checklist was structured with input from corporate attorneys, CPAs, and wealth managers, then rewritten until a non-lawyer could follow it and an attorney could finalize it without starting over. No guru story. No rented lifestyle. Just the paper, the system, and the order to do it in.

Editorial Architecture & Legal-Prep Standards

These are the standards the delivered templates are actually built to — each one is verifiable inside the files themselves:

Rates are never baked in. The Applicable Federal Rate (AFR) changes every month, so no Family Office OS document prints a rate as if it were permanent. The Family Banking Guide and Section 3 of the Promissory Note template send you to the current month's IRS release at irs.gov/applicable-federal-rates, and the note records which month's release you used.

Forms are always pulled current. Folder 00 is an Official IRS Forms hub — SS-4 (EIN application), 1041 (estates and trusts), 709 (gift and generation-skipping transfer), 706 (estate), and the monthly AFR rulings — linked to IRS.gov so you never file from an old saved copy.

Everything is an attorney-ready draft. The Promissory Note template, the Entity Structuring Checklist, and the Attorney Handoff Script are preparation instruments. A licensed attorney and CPA in your state review and finalize everything before you rely on it. That final step is built into the system on purpose — it is not fine print added later.

Entity work follows a fixed order of operations. The Entity Structuring Checklist runs 11 steps in sequence — a Clear Weather check first, then attorney selection, formation, EIN, a signed operating agreement (where the charging-order language is written in), the entity's own bank account, documented funding, separate entities for high-risk assets, recorded transfers, clean books with a never-commingle rule, and calendared annual maintenance.

Numbers that change are never quoted from memory. The Master Vault Guide compares trust types side by side but refuses to quote exemption amounts, generation-skipping limits, or "best state" rankings as fact — those change with current law, and your attorney confirms the current figures before anything is funded. The AI Prompt Library carries the same rule as a hard guardrail in every prompt.

Clear Weather Rule. Every structure in these kits is for planning before trouble exists — never for moving assets to evade existing creditors, lawsuits, judgments, bankruptcy proceedings, or divorce obligations. The templates say so at the points where it matters, not just in a disclaimer.
